The Outline Application proposal is for the demolition of the houses and construction of a 5 Storey residential development with mansard roof with 55 flats along with an APS parking. This development consists of 26 Studio Apartments, 19 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom apartments. The unique factor about this project is the fact that this development has incorporated the 45 Degree Rule in line with the design, hence the development from the first floor has been steeped which is visually also very pleasant. There also an atrium designed centrally to the take the natural light into the building. The design along with its 45 Degree allowance tackled the issues such as overlooking, residential amenity without compromising on the design.
