Building Design styled to replicate the existing and neighbouring properties. This development was designed to add to the overall quality of the area as it is in Green Belt and also the conservation area. The development is effectively which is attractive with an inclusion of the green wall and landscaping provided. It is sympathetic to local character and history and establishes and maintains a strong sense of place.

Since the site is in the Green Beth Area and Conservation area, great care has been taken to design the scheme accordingly. All the characteristics have been addressed for the scheme such as height of the building, footprint, distribution and character of existing buildings on the site and visual amenity and character. The proposal is to regenerate this development to accentuate the area and enhance the value and prestige of the area and hopefully by consequence Harrow Borough. This is a sustainable development which is well demonstrated and seeks seeking positive improvements in the quality of the environment by, for example, replacing poor design with better and innovative design, enhancing biodiversity on the site and seeking to introduce much improved energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emissions, all in the context of the Conservation Area, Green Belt and an Area of Special Character. The proposal is to regenerate this development to accentuate the area and enhance the value and prestige of the area. The approval of this project was an exemplary example to show that there are redevelopment which are encouraged by the government even in the Green Belt and Conservation Area.
