A Beautiful scheme, in the heart of hustling E. London. The site worked an impressive U shape in plan, allowing for the front of the site to be co working office space. Similar to WeWork the client wanted an up to date working environment with collaboration at the centre of the design.
Towards the rear off the site, the U in plan had residences each with a lovely view to water that ran parallel to the site. Allowing a maximum development potential and harnessing the beautiful views the sites held dear.
