The proposed application is for a two storey rear extension with loft conversion. The full planning application is an aggregation of Prior Notification which was granted on the site via a planning appeal. This development was designed in keeping with Harrow Planning Policies and Guidance. This project was uniquely designed to ensure that there is no adverse impact to the street scene. This project was designed to enhance the streetscape in line with modernisation which would blend with the other dwellings within the vicinity. The overall design of the building provides a more aesthetically appeal on the front and rear aspect. Due to the location being adjacent to the conservation area, even the materials used in the proposed changes are kept to match the existing structure to maintain the homogeneity of the building.
