The Outline Application proposal is for the demolition and replacement of both 499 and 501 London Road sites and replacement with a 6-storey, 22m 173,913.52 sq ft office development with underground automatic and conventional car parking system for 563 car parking spaces in accordance with the DBC parking standards. Overcoming one of the biggest challenges pertinent to sustainability, which is the trending Urbanization and Motorization, The 499 London Road & 501 London Road offers an underground CPS & APS parking which extends 5 levels down, and thereby providing a total of 563 parking spaces for cars, thus making the development both space efficient and sustainable.

This development will change the office elements of the current site into A grade EPC, open plan and modern contemporary offices, lobby area, cafeteria for the use of on-site office workers only, and an integrated basement automated parking system
